During my studies, I dedicated myself to finding ways to generate income that would allow me to live a location-independent lifestyle. I was determined to achieve this goal, and I am proud to say that I succeeded in my endeavor, which ultimately led me to embrace a full-time van life.

In this post, I want to share with you my top 5 income streams that have made it possible for me to go full-time van life:

YouTube

I create tutorial and gaming videos on YouTube. The YouTube Partner Program enables me to monetize my videos through ads. Each month, I receive a portion of the ad revenue generated from my content.

Freelance work on Fiverr

The majority of my income comes from Fiverr. I have been offering my services as a freelancer on the platform for 4 years and work with clients from around the world. The projects typically take 1โ€“7 days to complete, which provides me with great flexibility to work while traveling.

Photography

I consider photography as a hobby, but occasionally I take on Content Creation jobs or sell my photos on Unsplash+.

Certain companies view individuals who live full-time in their van as a significant opportunity, particularly outdoor brands or companies that offer camping products.

However, I am very selective about the brands I collaborate with.

Online Shop

An online shop is a fantastic way to generate passive income. I have taken advantage of this opportunity by setting up two shops on popular platforms like Etsy and Gumroad. Through these shops, I sell a variety of digital products, including filters and presets.

Supporters on Patreon

I am offering my YouTube audience the option to support me by subscribing to my Patreon. In exchange, they gain access to exclusive insights and files from my videos and shops.

I am glad that I built those 5 income streams in the last years to fulfill my dream of full-time vanlife.
